TIRANA, April 29 – The media has reported that three of the six people accused of gunning down businessman, Ardian Nikulaj in his bar in Lezha, northern Albania, have been arrested. Their arrest was made in England, while it is reported that the discovery of their location was made by the Albanian police through an officer stationed there.
After this news, the Minister of the Interior, Bledi Çuçi, who expressed his congratulations to the police, declared that the work to arrest the other persons continues.
“Congratulations to the State Police and our British partners for the confirmed news of the arrest of 3 people involved in the serious incident that happened in Shengjin a few days ago. The quick reaction of the British side is indicative of cooperation at the highest levels with the State Police and an excellent investigative and operational work. Intensive work continues for the arrest of other persons involved in that criminal execution and bringing them to justice,” said Çuçi.
