Through this communication, we inform you that the health condition of Monsignor George Frendo, Metropolitan Archbishop of Tirana-Durrës, and President of the Albanian Episcopal Conference, is very well. It has been two days since he left the “Acquaviva delle Fonti” hospital in Miulli (Bari). He is currently in the Franciscan Cappuccino Assembly in Bari, applying the necessary quarantine until the response of a second test to be negative from Covid-19.
In today’s contact that we had, he conveys sincere thanks and gratitude to the medical staff of the Hospital, to the fathers Francescan Capucci, where he is currently staying, as well as to all the people and believers who have remembered him and continue to remember him in prayer.
