TIRANA, August 17 – The General Secretary of the Freedom Party (FP), Tedi Blushi, reacted on social networks after the Transmission System Operator (OST) announced the tender for the cosmetic treatment of women’s staff.
In a post on social networks on Wednesday, Blushi calls it the climax of greed while adding that 67 percent of the population lives on 5.5 dollars a day. He added that Albanians are dealing with a non-stop government theft and the abuse of Albanian taxes continues rampantly.
The Transmission System Operator under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy has opened a tender worth 130,000 euros for the cosmetic treatment of female employees.
“In the poorest country in Europe, where 67% of the population lives on 5.5 dollars a day, at the height of the stratospheric increase in prices, when the cost of living has become unaffordable, when the government does not take any measures to compensate citizens in need and on the eve of the expected energy crisis, the incessant theft and tax abuse of Albanians continues unbridled,” said Blushi.
Further he said that OST announced this shameful tender while this government of greed does not plan: any compensation for the increase in the price of bread, oil, flour, eggs, rice, pasta and other food products; any compensation for fuel price increases; any increase in salaries and pensions and any aid package for tourism!
“When the crisis is sitting cross-legged in every Albanian family, their greed has no limits! Edi Rama and his gang of thieves must be exterminated as soon as possible!” Blushi said.
