TIRANA, March 26 – The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, who is paying a visit to Albania, held a meeting with Prime Minister Edi Rama, who published a photo from the meeting with Kurti after more than two hours of talks on Sunday.
“With my special friend, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, during today’s lunch where we discussed in detail the Ohrid agreement and the further progress of the process of its implementation. I expressed all my sympathy to Albin for the courage and realism with which he has taken important steps towards the normalization of relations with Serbia,” said Rama.
Further Rama said he had encouraged the prime minister to take further steps, either for the guarantee of Serbian municipalities in the framework of the association that guarantees the self-management of the Serbian community, or for the functionality of the Serbian Church in its places of worship in Kosovo with the necessary guarantees, underlining that he has his full support in this not easy process.
“We agreed that the next meeting of both governments will be held in June,” said Rama./Argumentum.al
