The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj congratulated for her victory as the first Albanian mayor in the USA. Mrs. Violetta Berisha.
President Begaj described her success “as a model of inspiration and pride.”
Through a post on Facebook, the head of state added that the victory marks a historic moment not only for Berisha but for the entire Albanian community in the United States.
