In an interview with the “Voice of America” on Thursday the current head of the Democratic Party (DP), Lulzim Basha issued strong accusations against “citizen Ilir Meta”, as he called the head of state trying to separate him from presidency. According to Basha, Meta during the last 2 weeks of the campaign of April 25 general elections has been the main help of Prime Minister Edi Rama, something which allegedly led the DP and opposition to the defeat.
The president responded harshly to Basha through his spokesman, Tedi Blushi, who called him a “puppet leader” on Saturday. He also reminded Basha of the real bnded who commands commands him as the “quadrangle” of his failures which are the main reason why Premier Edi Rama and organized crime have seized the state and enjoy a third term.
“Again the Puppet Chairman, by order of his master, in the commissioned media talks, tried to provoke the President of the Republic, Ilir Meta to justify himself from all the abysses to which he led the opposition from May 17, 2017 to April 25, 2021,” said Blushi who listed Basha’s main responsibilities like boycott of administrative-territorial reform; boycott of justice reform; the burning of the mandates of the deputies and the liquidation of the opposition in the local government which brought about the total capture of the state by Rama.
“Already determined to boycott the Democratic Assembly from the impossibility of dealing with the membership, he seeks salvation by desperately trying to divert attention from another very serious crisis, where he has plunged the opposition again,” the presidential spokesman said.
Further on Blushi revealed that the hypocrite, who was supposed to violently overthrow the regime at the rally on June 8, 2019, begged on his knees and with tears in his eyes to President Meta, in Germany, to cancel the local elections because he could no longer control them and might be bloodshed in Albania.
“The puppet leader has been, is and will remain so until the end, and no twist, bargain or fraud can change his predetermined end like any puppet in politics,” said Blushi. /argumentum.al
