TIRANA, August 16 – The Regulatory Commission approved on Wednesday some deadlines for the partial elections for the mayor of Kuka that will take place on September 24, 2023.
The Regulatory Commission decided that the municipality of Kukës and its dependent institutions are obliged to report to the CEC, all activities of a public nature that they plan to develop in the period from 26.8.2023 to 24.9.2023.
The central public institutions, their dependent bodies and their local branches, as well as state agencies and/or enterprises, have the same obligation for activities of a public nature, which they plan to organize in the period from 26.8.2023 to 24.9.2023, in the territory of Kuka Municipality.
The election campaign for the partial local elections for mayor in Kukës Municipality starts on 11.9.2023.
Political parties must submit the request to the CEC for registration as electoral subjects for the partial elections for mayor in Kukës Municipality no later than 1.9.2023.
The results of the election polls cannot be published during the last three days before the date of the elections, including the date of the elections until the closing time of the voting. /argumentum.al
