Today we humbly honor the unforgettable memory of the four Martyrs of Democracy, Arben Broci, Bujar Bishanaku, Nazmi Kryeziu and Besnik Ceka, who were treacherously killed on April 2, 1991, in defense of democracy and free elections. Their sublime sacrifice and of anti-communist Shkodra always lead us in the battles for the protection of political pluralism, free and equal vote and the human dignity of every citizen, to fully restore the country to the rails of democracy and guarantee the European futureder of Albania.
Shkodra has been and will be the inspiration of the efforts for Freedom and Democracy!
Eternal glory to the Martyrs of April 2! Freedom, democracy and national dignity!
