The Deputy Chairman of the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI), Petrit Vasili has again called on the prosecution authority for serious crimes, SPAK to continue with the clarification of the investigations into the incinerators affair. Vasili asked this body to reveal the legs of the octopus, as otherwise the SMI will do it. “SPAK and the Commission of Inquiry have deliberately delayed and misused the time to bring to justice the declared culprits.”
According to him, with its inactions SPAK is allowing the government to continue to pay millions to incinerators’ mobsters who are exploiting the taxes and the toil of Albanians.
“These files accompanied by very serious destructive facts and documents forced SPAK to detain a former minister and everything was left with that,” he said, adding that only one leg of the incinerator octopus has been revealed. Vasili warned that other legs should be detected, but if it is not done by SPAK it will be done by SMI. /Argumentum.al
