Forces of RENEA (Department of Neutralization of Armed Elements) rushed to several cities across Albania like Tirana, Durres, Lezha, Shkodra, Vlora and Gjirokastra and they handcuffed 19 people in the nation- wide operation on Friday, reported police sources.
Details show that the following suspects were arrested: Zenel Haka, Gazmir Haka and Marklen Haka in Nikël, Krujë; Olsi Hasa, Alfed Ulaj, Mariglen Picari, Marjus Dosti, Aleks Delihasani, Ervis Sula and Lami Troci in Tirana; Gentian Ndoj, Aleksander Bardhoshi, Albert Marku, Jeton Locaj, Renato Gjura, Ervin Nika, Anton Kola in Lezha; Gentjano Mehmeti in Flora and Klement Shehu in Gjirokastra.
As a result of surprise checks in Tirana, Durres, Lezha, Shkodra, Vlora and Gjirokastra, 19 people were caught and arrested, and one of them declared internationally wanted.
Two firearms, pistols, ammunition, narcotics, cocaine, significant amounts of money, mobile phones, and gambling cards were seized during the controls in Tirana, Nikel/ Kruje, Lezha and Vlora. / Argumentum.al
