It is reported on Wednesday that the ruling Socialist Party (SP) will convene the congress on April 9, 2022.
The Congress was scheduled to be held in February, but was postponed due to the March 6 local powe elections, and Socialists won in 5 out of 6 municipalities which will be led by their mayors until the regular general local elections are held next year.
According to the report made available to the media, the priorities and challenges of the DP will be discussed at the Congress. As no elections of new party structures will be held PM Edi Rama will continue to be at party’s helm. /Argumentum.al
