TIRANA, October 30 – The extraordinary Congress of the ruling Socialist Party (SP), which was scheduled to be held on November 4, has been postponed to December. The news was announced at the meeting of the SP parliamentary group on Monday, which was chaired by Prime Minister Edi Rama, who is also party head.
The Prime Minister said that the focus at this time will be on next year’s draft budget. As for the opposition, he said that the reaction to their action will depend on their attitudes.
“We continue to respect the regulation, let them continue their work. For any situation created, the SP must be unified in its stance,” Rama said in the meeting of the SP parliamentary group. /argumentum.al
