TIRANA, October 25 – The head of the prosecution authority for serious crimes, SPAK, Arben Kraja has said that delicate files are in the hands of Albanian judges and prosecutors.

“SPAK prosecutors and judges are dealing with very difficult cases, and in this context there have been threats and pressures. Most prosecutors and judges have protection from the police,” said Kraja, whose mandate ends at the end of this year.
