TIRANA, November 3 – The training of “Strong Balkan 23” has started for the first time in Albania, according to an announcement released by the Albanian government on Friday.
Special Forces from 8 countries of the Balkans will train together to further increase regional cooperation, obtaining at the same time an increase in professional level, tactical, operational and strategic skills to face the complex challenges presented by today’s security environment.
The exercise will be held in Albania until November 12, 2023. The purpose of the exercise is to increase the level of interoperability between Special Forces to plan, organize and execute combined special operations in a multinational environment and to promote relations and cooperation between the participants. /argumentum.al
