TIRANA, October 24 – Mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj met with former American ambassador to Tirana Aleksander Arvizu during his last visit to the United States of America, whom he called a special friend of Albania.
Veliaj published on social networks on Tuesday photos of the meeting with the former American diplomat, describing him as Albania’s eternal lawyer.
“No trip to the USA, no matter how short, is complete without a pleasant conversation with Alex Arvizu, the lifelong lawyer of Albania and the chief promoter of Tirana! Thank you Alex – Tirana misses you,” said Veliaj. /argumentum.al
