TIRANA, September 30 – The US diplomatic headquarters in Tirana has shared the call of the High Prosecution Council for all interested prosecutors to apply to become part of the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecution (SPAK) in Albania.
The US Embassy said on Saturday that all those prosecutors who wish to advance SPAK’s mission for justice, with courage, integrity and independence are encouraged to apply.
“Vacancies in SPAK are open! The High Prosecution Council has opened the call for the last three vacant positions in SPAK,” said the call of the US Embassy.
According to the Embassy, all qualified prosecutors who meet the legal criteria and who wish to advance SPAK’s mission for justice, with courage, integrity and independence are encouraged to apply and the application deadline is October 16.
The High Prosecution Council has called for the candidacy of all prosecutors who, at the moment of candidacy, meet the conditions, among which is that they have exercised their function as a prosecutor for no less than 10 years and have no disciplinary measures in force. /argumentum.al
