Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro Dritan Abazović has said he respects the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the government should not have congratulated the Day of Republic of Srpska (RS).

“For us, there is the Day of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, respecting all international principles and simply a common practice of good neighborly relations. , but also international politics in general,” said Abazović.
He added that in that case, tensions are rising unnecessarily.
“I do not understand the need to constantly create hostilities instead of our policy of reconciliation between the two countries, but also in the region in general. We must understand that we live in countries that had a very tragic past, in recent history,” he said calling for an elimination of existing frustrations.
