Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced that he had an online conversation with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
According to his announcement on social networks on Monday, a 60-minute discussion focused on the huge EU Investment Plan for the Western Balkans and the further promotion of the Balkan Schengen.
“With Chancellor Merkel, we talked a little while ago about 60 minutes on the European Union big Investment Plan for the Western Balkans and the further promotion the Regional Schengen; Albania’s progress after the decision to open negotiations and the ongoing efforts towards the First Intergovernmental Conference with the EU, as well as the successful chairmanship of the OSCE by Albania and the challenges until the end of our mandate in December.
